In limited cases, automated processes could restrict or suspend your access to the Platform if such processes detect activity that may pose a safety or other risk to the Company, our community, or third parties.

Between Clients and Experts:

When a consultation request is made, or a dispute arises, certain information such as profile, name, dispute outcome, and other information you choose to share will be available.

Once a consultation is confirmed, additional information such as your profile photo and contact details is shared to assist with coordinating the consultation.

Expert-to-Expert Communication:

When you accept an invitation to collaborate with another Expert, you authorize those other Experts to access your information. This may include your full name, contact details, calendar, and email address, as well as information from previous consultations.

Experts Service Providers

Experts may use third-party services to help manage or deliver their services, such as appointment scheduling software or virtual meeting platforms. Experts may use features on the Platform to share information about the Client (like consultation time, Client name, Client phone number) with such third-party service providers.

Windup of Operations and Business Transfers

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or insolvency event, then we may sell, transfer, or share some or all of our assets, including your information, in connection with such transaction or in contemplation of such transaction (e.g., due diligence). In this event, we will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Third-Party Partners & Integrations

The Platform may link to third-party services. The Company does not own or control these third parties. When you interact with these third parties and choose to use their service, you are providing your information to them.
